Session Two: Photography Activity

“Timelapse Meditation”

In this session, we’ll briefly discuss some of the reasons why we have a tendency to feel crazy from the pace of our lives, and how time-lapse photography can help center you. This practice will give us a chance for reflection, awareness, and hopefully, enjoyment and a sense of accomplishment. Time-lapse video doesn’t require any fancy equipment just yourself and a phone or a camera.
